I can walk through windows and open applications from PowerToy run,
but when I have for eg: chrome open I would like to switch to it, instead of opening new window.

I can see and navigate between both options in menu, but I would like if I could do it more intuitively, without looking and reading all options. I would like to change the order for running apps to be always top priority

Do you know about the Direct activation phrase? In your case, if you want to open running chrome type < chrome. Does it solve your request?

@alvin4frnds to verify, you want certain plugins to tweak how stuff is ranked, correct?
