@jccraig jccraig changed the title Microsoft Windows 10 Home 10.0.18363 Build 18363 on a Dell desktop PC. PowerToys Version 14.1 was working fine, but after upgrade to 15.1 all fails. Win-backtick does nothing, can get to Settings, but none work for FancyZones. Can't edit, see, or use any zones at all. I went back to version 14.1 and it now works except for Python IDLE windows. I can snap all other types of windows, but not *.py files loaded up into IDLE. Reinstalled 15.1 and still no joy at all. Version 15.1 FancyZones fails Mar 5, 2020

I would like to be able to uninstall all parts of Power Toys so I can start with fresh install, but this seems nearly impossible. I cleaned out the registry, deleted Power Toys folder in Program Files, even used Microsoft's repair tool for installs and uninstalls, and some state is still being kept somewhere. At this point I'm very frustrated just trying to get a clean slate. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Can you see if the things discussed in #1451 fixes your issue.

From the description you made in the other issue, I suspect this has restored what you first deleted.
There is no need to do any extra steps beside the ones described in #1451
There are only two places where PT save the settings, if they are deleted while PowerToys is not running, they are gone forever.
