Change priority of different plugin's results in PowerToys Run

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Some kind of mechanism to prioritize one PowerToys Run plugin results over another without excluding from global results.

Scenario when this would be used?

Example: Both Windows settings and Windows System commands plugins are active and included in global results. When someone types "sleep", "lock", first rows are "Power and sleep", "Lock Screen", and corresponding actions are further in the list which is not very useful. It would be nice to bring those few Windows System commands to the top, or lots of settings results down the list. Another examples are hotspot over spotify and credential manager over word.
