Inline Dictionary & CurrencyConversion for PowerToys Run

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Feature Spec:

• PowerToys run shows an inline tooltip window, for word search.
• Word searched could be Dictionary words.
• Word search could have prefix "define". e.g. "define prototype" shows an inline dictionary meaning of the word.
• The word search could use the default search engine or open-source dictionary.
• The secondary search/redirection could open a web search result on default browser.

Additional Feature:

• Currency Conversion e.g. 3000 usd to inr ----> shows results just like algebraic calculations.

Scenario when this would be used?

• Instant dictionary.
• Instant currency conversion.

Supporting information

These features are already available in Spotlight on Mac.

How do you see this as a function of Awake? I can imagine this to be something for PowerToys Run.

Currency is a duplicate of issue #3248 - which is closed with comment:

I don't see PowerToys itself creating this. While it is a popular request, it requires a service backend and honestly would be best suited against 3rd party plugin support which is #3200

Dictionary is a /dup #3309.
