Improve PowerToys Run calculator

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Improve the calculator so it can handle more complex expressions. For example:
(40 - 80)/(7e2*3)
So it can understand at least:
brackets
exponents
Similar to that understood by the Windows scientific calculator or at least the one in OneNote.

Scenario when this would be used?

Whilst programming, debugging and inspecting logs I often have to do simple calculations.
