Manually charge battery to 80% setting, instead of "Smart charging" automatically switching it on/off

Description of the new feature / enhancement

• Button to override Smart charging to charge the battery to 80%.
• Setting to always override Smart charging to always charge the battery to 80%.

This would allow for the user to manually configure when to fully charge (already possible) AND force to charge to only 80% in order to prolong battery life when the Smart charging feature deactivates it.

Scenario when this would be used?

When the device is plugged in for prolonged periods, a full charge is not needed and/or used at elevated temperatures.

In my case that would be every day, since my device's battery is (still) quite good.

Supporting information

The aforementioned button would be the inverse to the Smart Charging pause button in the Surface app [Reddit].
