Microsoft PowerToys version

0.72.0

Installation method

GitHub

Running as admin

Yes

Area(s) with issue?

General

Steps to reproduce

after having played around with power toys for a few hours I decided to enable the Mouse without boarders legacy ui option:

since doing so now power toys will only succesfully run once after a reinstall and config clear
I am not sure if this is at all realavent but its the only option I played with prior to having issues.

things I have tried
1, deleting the mouse without boarders service via sc.exe

  1. deleting the config folder in %localappdata% this allows powertoys to start but if you exit the program and attempt to re-launch it it will crash when attempting to access the settings

  2. Full Uninstall/Reinstall With a complete config wipe

Addionally bug reports don't seem to be providing useful information

here is a A-B bug report theone is a report I ran directly after the
installation and first run the other one is after I have exited the program and relaunched it
