Control Panel crash when opening TextExtractor settings #30263

TextExtractor

Steps to reproduce

Regardless of whether TextExtrator module is enabled or not, the control panel crashes when clicking on its sidebar or tab of TextExtrator. But the entire PowerToys program and backend processes are still running normally.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Navigate to the settings page of the TextExtractor.

❌ Actual Behavior

Control panel crashes.

Yes, it only happen on TextExtractor page. Two of my device have the same issue.

@max1219choy can you update to 0.77 and see if the Settings page for Text Extractor still crashes? /needinfo

I think the issue is cause by Windows, I updated to 0.77 and it still crash. But after I upgrade my Windows to 23H2 it just fixed.
