Steps to reproduce

I have the latest version of PowerToys, and Arc Browser as my default browser.

I used PowerToys Run, and search for some terms in the field, and after pressing enter, the error says, "Failed to Open Arc"

Either if Arc is opened or not, this happens.

The previous version of the PowerToys also have this issue, when I search for something, it just opens Arc and doesn't search for the term, but with the latest version, it failed on both ends.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Arc browser will open if the browser is closed, or if not, the term inputted in the field will be searched.

❌ Actual Behavior

After pressing enter, the error says, "Failed to Open Arc"
