Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to be able to control the maximum number of items displayed in Windows 11 Jump Lists, specifically so I can have more in the list for Visual Studio.

Scenario when this would be used?

I would typically use this to add more Solutions to my frequently-used list on the Start Menu when Visual Studio is pinned.

Supporting information

There are ways you can control this in the Registry, however they don't seem to survive either Windows 11 Insider builds or Visual Studio Preview updates. This feature would remember your setting and re-update it in the registry if it ever deviates from that number.
