Description of the new feature / enhancement

Window drag enhancement，By placing the mouse in the center of the window and holding down a shortcut key, you can directly move the window, or by placing it on an edge, you can change the size of the window, instead of carefully aiming at the edge of the window.

Scenario when this would be used?

The resizing and moving of windows are too cumbersome
