Fails to launch / complete launch

Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18362.356
PowerToys version: 0.11.0

Steps to reproduce

Install using MSI and try to launch PowerToys using any of the available shortcuts.

Expected behavior

Expecting PowerToys to open / load.

Actual behavior

My monitors flicker briefly and Task Manager shows "PowerToys Runner" as running, consuming around 6.5MB of RAM. No window opens however and there is no icon in the Notification Area. All PowerToys shortcut icons are also blank, not the one expected.

Using Windows 10 with 4 monitors - 3 are running from a GTX 970 and one is running from on-board Intel GPU. Same problem after multiple re-installs / reboots.

We will provide a dubug build to try to figure it out.
Can you provide some information about you configuration?

• is it a computer for personal use or is it part of a domain?
• what language/locale are you using?
• 3rd party antivirus?
• 3rd party Windows shell?
• anything else that might be significant for you configuration

Also using 0.11

Powertoys Installs (i7-8700K / Insider Build 18980 vb_release 190907-1301), icon in Tray but only opens to an empty window. Non-functioning.

Uninstall, clean and reinstall - same issue. No change.

the blank settings problem is tracked in a different issue.
Please follow this instructions if you want to try a debug build that may solve your problem
