I could see this as a useful feature, however I will comment that there are good equivalents in the Microsoft Store. (There is an app specifically called QuickLook in fact). I believe that app is open source, however and maybe the developer would be interested in working with the PowerToys developers, if they decide that they want to pursue this feature. |
I agree. But most of the normal users might not know about the quicklook app on Microsoft store. If the developer is interested in working with powertoys, like Tadele's Window walker for powertoys run, it will more likely become a core feature. |

Instead of explorer preview, quick look like in Mac would be more intuitive to the user
