📝 Provide a PowerToy similar to OS X's "Quick Look".

Pressing Space (default) or other hot key would open a small separate quick look (preview) window. A plugin architecture would allow community to easily implement various supported file formats/types (photos, music, videos, documents, etc). Please see this existing free 3rd party utility that does this (https://github.com/QL-Win/QuickLook). Looks pretty trivial to implement and would provide much value to Windows users (if this type of utility is not already planned for up-coming Windows updates).
