Update your project template to support UWP Modern .NET and Windows App SDK 1.6

With the release of Windows App SDK 1.6 and the official announcement of UWP Modern .NET support, UWP .NET Native will also abandon maintenance and move to UWP Modern .NET. Hopefully, the TemplateStudio team will update the project's templates to support Windows App SDK 1.6 and UWP Modern .NET
