Could I handle the strictPropertyInitialization definition part since the assignment assertions have been completed?

I noticed there is a section underneath Strict Class Initialization on this page https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/release-notes/typescript-2-7.html that has some documentation for this flag. Is this sufficient or do you think I should add on to it?

Personally I wouldn't consider release notes to be documentation. CC @DanielRosenwasser
