Infinite redirect

https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/home is a redirect to itself.

Perhaps while fixing this, we should start using https://www.gatsbyjs.com/plugins/gatsby-plugin-azure-static-web-app-redirects/ now that we’re on Static Web Apps.

I’m guessing this line:

Line 7 in b602340

"/docs/home.html": "/docs/home",

used to be necessary but isn’t under Static Web Apps. Later in the file, I left a comment about what else to change after adding the gatsby plugin.
