Looks like most of this was done for #53133

Do we have lib.d.ts PRs that need to be merged?

I think there are 2-3 but I haven't prioritised them the same way as the Safari additions because I don't think they'll need as much usage to find problems.

I plan to merge from typescript-dom-lib-generator again before the end of 5.1 development as well, to pick up any other changes.
