Repro Steps

I updated to windows 24H2 and since then, I cannot start wsl.
Writting wsl -l -v in a terminal gives my distro configuration:
NAME STATE VERSION

• Ubuntu Stopped 1

Writting wsl in a terminal gives the following error:
Performing one-time upgrade of the Windows Subsystem for Linux file system for this distribution...
Error: 0xd0000022
Error code: Wsl/Service/CreateInstance/0xd0000022

I have tried to update, uninstall/reinstall. Nothing seems to be working

Expected Behavior

Wsl should start as usually

Actual Behavior

Error:

Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The scipt will output the path of the log file once done.

Unregistering and importing back the distro solved the issue
