Can not ssh by ipv6 address to WSL2 in mirrord network mode

Repro Steps

I can not visit WSL2 by ipv6 in mirrored network mode , and I cannot visit any containers of docker in WSL2 by IPV6 address.
Windows firewall has been down by defender.
But just in WSL2, I can visit any IPV6 service, include WSL2-self build by docker, WSL2 build by host, Windows host service, remote service....

.wslconfig in windows:

[wsl2]
networkingMode=mirrored
firewall=false
dnsTunneling=true
ipv6=true

[experimental]
useWindowsDnsCache=false
hostAddressLoopback=false

wsl.conf in wsl2：

cat /etc/wsl.conf
[user]
default=test

[boot]
systemd=true

Expected Behavior

I expect that in powershell of windows:
ssh root@xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx
and
curl http://[xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx]:80
will be working

Actual Behavior

request timeout for ssh and curl, any IPV6 requests
