Repro Steps

I'm trying to execute sh script by wsl
hello_world.sh

#!/usr/bin/env sh

echo Hello world!
C:\Users\my_user\my_dir>wsl -e hello_world.sh
<3>WSL (64252) ERROR: CreateProcessEntryCommon:505: execvpe hello_world.sh failed 2
<3>WSL (64252) ERROR: CreateProcessEntryCommon:508: Create process not expected to return

Entering wsl and executing there works:

C:\Users\my_user\my_dir>wsl.exe
$ ./hello_world.sh
Hello world!

Also proper WSL is selected:

>wsl -l
Windows Subsystem for Linux Distributions:
Ubuntu (Default)
docker-desktop

Expected Behavior

Script should run
