Repro Steps

When I run the Ubuntu distro or WSL from the command line, it prompts me to update the WSL version to 2.2.4. While updating, I see a catastrophic failure error message.

If I use the WSL MSI, it errors out with a request not supported.

Expected Behavior

WSL should be updated without any errors.
