WSL failed to start after install SSL VPN #4925

ver 10.0.19569.1000

After installl Sangfor SSL VPN, WSL got this error, see log file.

After uninstall VPN client then WSL works well.

Sangfor VPN client not cmpatible with WSL and the vendor release new version fixed it.
