Screenshot 1:
I had some version of Python installed on my machine (2.7.something). It was detected but the installation failed later

Screenshot 2:
I have deleted Python, and restarted setup script. Python was successfully installed, but next command can't find pip.

I had to use install pip manually, by using get-pip.py from here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4750806/how-do-i-install-pip-on-windows
