WinUI2 Gallery - PullToRefresh

In Basic PullToRefresh control, the refresh action is working as expected. But the problem is,

Scenario,
I scroll down to the end of the ListView and I again scroll down the list to make sure I reach the end of the ListView. Afterwards, when I try to scroll up, the refresh icon came out of nowhere[Attached screenshot for the reference] in the middle of the ListView.

This seems like an issue with the control itself. Transferring to microsoft-ui-xaml.
