Describe the bug

Menus invoked by AppBarButton in MediaTransportControls in MediaPlayerElement have incorrect visuals.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Create a new WinUI3 project.
  2. Add MediaPlayerElement in your project and enables playback rate button (or select video/audio track button).
  3. Click on the button. The flyout menu summoned is very hard to be seen.

It is said to be fixed in Windows App SDK 1.6.
