Robot Drawing extension run-time error

Reported by a teacher during our AP CS Principles training today.
When adding the Robot Drawing extension to a new project, it throws an error message, and you're not able to run the program in the simulator.

This extension is part of our AP CS Principles curriculum (https://microsoft.github.io/makecode-csp/unit-3/day-7/robots-makecode-arcade), so a lot of teachers rely on this.
