Project repository corrupt

Describe the bug
I found a bug in my project that I was using trying to find the source of a different bug. The one I'm reporting caused me to not be able to enter my game.

To Reproduce

This is what I did but only worked once see the following comment for more info

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new project
2. Click the GitHub icon to make it a repo
3. Once complete press home and select "Import"
4. Select "Insert URL"
5. Without leaving the tab write what the URL should be for the repo you just made (example project name: my-game so URL would be https://github.com/[your username]/my-game)
6. Click enter
7. When it reloads click the first project
8. Watch as you can't enter it again

Expected behavior
I would expect this to duplicate the project, so you have two of the same

Sidenote: The GitHub.io link my private repo provided doesn’t work.

I tested this more with both public and private repos and the public one I could enter but did nothing and the private one duplicated it. So I have no idea what's going on.
