Steps to reproduce

  1. Win + r
  2. Enter wt in execute text input
  3. Popup error : 0xc0000022

Expected Behavior

  • If I run the command in a cmd console terminal, there is no error

Actual Behavior

The wt command shortcut for open Terminal does not work.
