Obviously, better than this would be even more ideal. It's probably not that simple to create a XAML island just for the sake of displaying this text. However, that would be potentially even more modern UI.

Any reason wt --help and wt --version are GUI-based (dialog boxes) instead of text-based (printing to stdout like other CLI utilities)? 🤔

A thought from #17021, and #16495: wt openHelp or wt --type help or something, that opens a tab with a nicely formatted MD doc with all the CLI args in it.

We can also ship the help offline-only (I mean we can host it online, but always open the offline version). That's how git-for-windows does it. (For instance git push --help should open file:///C:/Program%20Files/Git/mingw64/share/doc/git-doc/git-push.html.)
