Testing microsoft/vscode#133868

Once an extension is published for a specific platform, can we remove the support without unpublishing the whole extension via vsce unpublish (publisher name).(extension name)?

I say we go with https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-vsce/issues/176 and just support removing a specific version.
