Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: No

  • VS Code Version: 1.86.2
  • OS Version: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click on Settings button
  2. If the cursor is in the position of a menu item when clicking on settings - see behavior

Additionally, the problem is described below
My mouse doesn't have the double click problem. The video also demonstrates this

This looks like a duplicate of #113175

Please try the workarounds suggested there.

#113175 looks fuller than mine issue.
