Feat: Allow to change entire VSCode font system

A feature that will allow users can use the font that they are using for editor to the entire UI font for VSCode. This must be a really essential feature to ensure the look and feel of using VSCode with the same font that they are using for editor. Currently some parts of VSCode allows to apply a font that user want but not entire UI
