I'd like to be able to have all new VSCode windows open with the terminal and splitted by default. Right now I have Split the terminal every time I open a new window.

Configure which folders of a workspace the terminals open in would be amazing.

I'm almost always using 2 splitted terminals and it would be nice to have option to split them by default.

Duplicate #44302

@Floriferous @driamend you can try the terminal.integrated.experimentalRestore setting which does this on a very basic level. The thinking is to defer this to extensions in the future, but your feedback on #44302 will be very useful in determining that 😃
