Issue Type: Bug

I reassigned the shortcut command + options + left to workbench.action.navigateBack (and similarly right to navigateForward) - a setting used by XCode as well. I double checked the list of existing shortcuts and removed conflicting assignments I found, to avoid any double assignment. Still, whenever I press these key combinations the system sound effect plays (used to indicate an invalid command etc.), however the navigation works. Is this a bug or something I need to set?

VS Code version: Code 1.22.1 (950b8b0, 2018-04-06T00:21:13.607Z)
OS version: Darwin x64 17.4.0
