Using the Developer: Open Process Explorer command opens a new window listing VS Code processes. It should

  • display cpu and memory usage, pid, and a friendly name for each process
  • highlight the highest cpu and memory
  • show a context menu when a process is clicked with "Kill" and "Force Kill" options
