Recent projects in Welcome should be sorted by last closed

Use case

1. First thing in the morning, I open the Angular project I'm working on
2. Through the day, I open some of my other projects, to check/copy previous code
3. At the end of the day, the main project I'm working on is the last one closed

Tomorrow morning I'd love to have it show up first in the list (not behind the more button)

Searched in the settings, couldn't find an option to toggle this
