Incorrect different package between search and install. This very bad for trust.

Brief description of your issue

I searched for some package and then after getting 1 result from search on install it go with a totally different one

Steps to reproduce

winget search "storage emulator"
winget install "storage emulator"

Expected behavior

search and install must return SAME results. ALWAYS

Actual behavior

search cannot be truthworthy and install is dangerous.
