Brief description of your issue

Trying to upgrade all packages with winget fails.

winget --version

System: Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2283)

Do you get the same error with WinGet 1.5?

Note: we're about ready to roll out WinGet 1.6.

An update to v1.5.2201 fixed the issue. But I had to update manually, as the MS Store did not show any update. Thanks for the fast response, I consider the issue fixed.

I'm getting the same error with v1.6.2631

Edit: The issue just spontaneously resolved.

when I use wget https://cdn.winget.microsoft.com/cache/manifests/g/Git/Git/2.42.0.2/b29c-Git.Git.yaml the download works.

Strange that download fails when trying the upgrade command.
