@Toxblh - According to this, it seems this package requires .NET Framework 4.8 already installed. It's tested in Windows 11 amd64 Sandbox instance and failed, while in Windows 11 amd64 physical instance it works as expected.

@stephengillie - I've already known that Windows Feature of .NET Framework 3.5 can be mentioned in manifests with identifier netfx35. Is this feature stable now? Can I get other available feature identifiers and how?

Hi @Dragon1573,

For newer .NET versions, a more traditional installer is used. This dependency is probably Microsoft.DotNet.Framework.DeveloperPack.4.

Edit: verified dependency:

PS C:\ManVal> find-WinGetPackage Microsoft.DotNet.Framework.DeveloperPack_4

Name Id Version Source
---- -- ------- ------
.NET Framework Microsoft.DotNet.Framework.DeveloperPack_4 4.8.1 winget

Edit: Reading your question a 2nd time, I see that I didn't quite address it. A list of Windows Feature names can be found with Get-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online.
