DNS name failed in Deployment

I tried creating ACI and while selecting domain name, the domain was available during validation.
When I created the ACI, I got the issue of DNS name not available during Deployment.

I thought that this might just be for once and tried few more. Everytime I got the issue.
As the DNS passed the validation, it should have been available, but it is not.
