Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1 "Original Work" means the original software or library distributed under this license.
1.2 "Derivative Work" means any work based upon the Original Work or modifications to the Original Work.
1.3 "Author" means the original creator(s) of the Original Work.
2. Grant of License
2.1 Usage Rights: You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Original Work and any Derivative Works, including for commercial purposes, under the terms of this license.
2.2 Distribution Rights: You may distribute the Original Work or Derivative Works, provided that the following conditions are met:
Attribution: You must give appropriate credit to the Author, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the Author endorses you or your use.
2.3 No Sale of Derivative Work: You are not permitted to sell Derivative Works. However, you may distribute Derivative Works free of charge.
3. Redistribution
3.1 When distributing the Original Work or Derivative Works, you must include a copy of this license or a link to it.
4. Attribution
4.1 You must retain the following if it is supplied within the Original Work:
Attribution notices in the source code.
Copyright notice.
Disclaimer of warranties.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
5.1 The Original Work is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 In no event shall the Author be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Original Work or Derivative Works, even if the Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
7.1 This license and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by you of the terms of this license. Individuals or entities who have received Derivative Works from you under this license, however, will not have their licenses terminated provided such individuals or entities remain in full compliance with those licenses.
7.2 Upon termination, you must cease all use and distribution of the Original Work and Derivative Works.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Author resides, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
8.2 If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
8.3 Failure to enforce any provision of this license shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or of any other provision.
