Users may want the ability to control when a transaction commits. Add an accessible method for users to use to directly make commits.

This is going to take a bit of a refactor. Right now, things like _execute() pull a connection from RawlConnection. There's no real guarantee this will be the same connection as a user expects.

Might need to rethink connection handling entirely for this to work.
