Set the lang option to "en".
(or use --chapter-filter "lang == 'en'", but that's rather inefficient)

If so, is there an equivalent for "extractor.mangadex.lang": ["en", "fr", "it"] (selecting several languages) with the the --chapter-filter option?

There is no difference in the results, but in the amount of network traffic and server load. lang is much more efficient than --chapter-filter as it only requests chapters with the selected languages and not all of them.

I've added support for specifying multiple languages with lang as a string, so it's easier to use on command-line: 1ece3b9.
