When I try to download zip files from a post I get...

[downloader.http][warning] '403 Forbidden' for '<link omitted>'
[download][error] Failed to download <filename omitted>

the link leads to a page that states
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>MissingKey</Code>
<Message>Missing Key-Pair-Id query parameter or cookie value</Message>
</Error>
