Instagram '403 Forbidden'

It was working perfectly fine earlier today.

Now I'm getting

[instagram][error] HttpError: '403 Forbidden' for 'https://www.instagram.com/accounts/login/ajax/'

gallery-dl -u [email protected] -p 123456 https://www.instagram.com/corinnakopf/

I've also tried clearing cache

gallery-dl --clear-cache instagram

still doesn't work

Login with username & password is broken for Instagram.
Use exported cookies or --cookies-from-browser instead.

Even after using exported cookies I noticed that I have to re-acquire the cookies and save them again after ~24 hours (that's how often gallery-dl is ran). Is this an issue with gallery-dl or with Instagram?

Also, I've tried setting cookies-update both to true and false, yet I get the same results after about a day.

My current cookies.txt file for Instagram is from 2022-09-22, but I only use it for testing purposes. I'd guess this is Instagram invalidating your session after using it for too much.
