'403 Forbidden' when downloading from Pixiv Fanbox (with login name/password)

I am running the latest stable/release version and trying to download from Pixiv Fanbox but getting the '403 Forbidden' when downloading images (PNGs mostly). Tried adding my -u and -p login info in the command line, but still getting the 403 Forbidden error. I also updated the cookies in the 'Fanbox' portion of the config file with the latest 'FANBOXSESSID' value. Are there new commands or config file lines I need to add for Pixiv Fanbox?

I'd guess this is due to a missing Referer header.
Try -o headers.Referer=https://www.fanbox.cc/ and see if that helps.

Tried adding my -u and -p login info

fanbox doesn't support logins with username and password, only cookies.
