repo2docker https://github.com/mikhailklassen/Mining-the-Social-Web-3rd-Edition

Docker client initialization error: Error while fetching server API version: ('Connection aborted.', FileNotFoundError(2, 'No such file or directory')).
Check if docker is running on the host.

Is it the problem with my pc? I'm using mac

I'm having the same problem on Ubuntu 20.04.1

Found the answer: Non-sudo user must be in the docker group. See https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/linux-postinstall/.
RTFM to me.
