Contribution guidelines

For describing a feature, we should try to split it into:

Principle
- What is the feature
Example
- Link to a video or live instance showing the feature
Prerequisites
- Any requirements, such as having a media folder or publish the layer as WFS
Configuring the tool
- Layer level
- Project level
More technical details if needed
