The entire log for the installation of minerl is in the attachment.
Note: The entire installation tooks very, very long (a few hours). I think the error happens to be the fact that it takes too long for a file to download and leads the installation to not work.

Hmm looks like it fails to download some specific plugins and packages. Installation works fine on my side. Those hosts/mirrors might be blocked at your end.

I wonder if this PR was related somehow. You might want to take a look at what changes they did, apply them in your local copy and install from there.
